This is the annual survey of 2023 Washington State Chamber professionals to determine comparable salaries and benefits for like size and structured Chambers.

The WCCE CEO Salary and Benefits Survey comparisons continues to be in high demand during salary negotiations. For the information to be of value to you and your colleagues, YOUR participation is a must. Your anonymity will be maintained as your name and chamber will be withheld when providing the salary and benefit comparisons For those participating in the survey, there will no charge for comparison requests.
