2022 WCCE Salary and Benefit Survey

This is the annual survey of 2022 Washington State Chamber professionals to determine comparable salaries and benefits for like size and structured Chambers.

The WCCE Salary and Benefit survey results has been the most requested information from WCCE. In order for it to have the greatest value to all, your participation is a must. Your name and chamber will be held in confidence when providing salary and benefit comparisons. Thank you for participation in the WCCE Salary and Benefits Survey. For those participating in the survey, there will no charge for comparison requests.

What is the population of the area that your Chamber serves?
What is the number of members currenlty in your Chamber?
What was your membership dues revenues for the last 12 months?
What was your non-dues income revenues for the last 12 months?

(include contracts, events, sales of itmes, etc.)

How many full time employees does your Chamber employ?

(include yourself if full-time...and any employee over 30 hrs a week)

How many part-time employees does your Chamber employ?

(include yourself if you are considered part-time...and any employee less than 30 hrs per week)

Do you have a retirement program in which your Chamber contributes monetarily?
